By accessing the bbd33 website at bbd33.io, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and bbd33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bbd33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

To register and maintain an active account on bbd33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bbd33 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.

bbd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bbd33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bbd33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must notify bbd33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access, operate, or place bets using your bbd33 account — is prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered holder only.
• bbd33 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.

bbd33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and platform security standards. All players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request will be processed, and bbd33 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Acceptable identification documents for Bangladeshi players include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport — photo page
• Birth registration certificate (supplementary only, not accepted as sole proof of identity)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's bbd33 wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported institutions) may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. bbd33 accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no bonus wagering requirements remaining outstanding. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the bbd33 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Players may not deposit funds for any purpose other than to participate in the betting and gaming products available on bbd33.
• bbd33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or above a specified threshold.
• Deposits that are subsequently reversed or charged back by a payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the player's account pending investigation.
• bbd33 does not act as a financial institution. The platform does not pay interest on player account balances.

bbd33 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, placing low-risk arbitrage bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Golden Bank loyalty points earned through the bbd33 loyalty programme are not redeemable for cash directly; they must be converted to bonus credit in accordance with the Golden Bank programme terms.
• Promotional bonuses linked to specific events (for example, BPL season betting boosts, Eid reload bonuses, or Pohela Boishakh free spin offers) are valid only for the duration stated in the promotion and expire automatically at the end of that period.

All sports bets placed on bbd33 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market, as published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on bbd33:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where bbd33 expressly offers a cash-out facility for that market.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status.
• Money Laundering: Using the bbd33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gambling activity, or in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you hold insider knowledge of the outcome, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or predetermine the result of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a manner that is not the result of genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share hole-card information in live poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to bbd33 without first raising the matter with bbd33 support.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of bbd33, including its servers, databases, APIs, or game integrity systems.

bbd33's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bbd33 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action.
• bbd33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free of technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
• Players access and use the platform at their own risk. Gambling involves the real possibility of financial loss, and bbd33 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or return.

bbd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bbd33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the player without prior communication with bbd33 support.
• The player has used automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• The continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to bbd33.

In the event of account closure for cause, bbd33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a player's confirmed breach of these Terms, bbd33 may forfeit such balance entirely. Where closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

bbd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bbd33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the registered account address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bbd33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

bbd33 is an international offshore platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bbd33 is incorporated. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it, create any rights enforceable by any person other than the parties to this agreement.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bbd33's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Bangladeshi players agree to submit to such arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving disputes with bbd33.
